Order Confirmation

By placing an order on Eloria’s Closet (www.eloriascloset.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You accept our return conditions and timeframes.
  • You agree to follow the return procedure outlined below.
  • In case of a payment dispute, this policy and all order-related records may be used as supporting documentation.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items must show no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive handling.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Approved returns are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.


How to Request a Return

To start a return request:

  1. Email info@eloriascloset.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
    • Full name and shipping address

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return is processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eloriascloset.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

After review, we may offer a replacement or alternative resolution depending on the situation and product availability. In some cases, returning the item may not be required.
Replacement processing typically takes 7–14 business days once approved.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

Eloria’s Closet is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
  • If a package is returned due to refusal, unclaimed status, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, a handling and logistics fee may be deducted, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We may provide tracking information and assist in contacting the carrier, but cannot be held liable for lost or delayed shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.
To request a cancellation, email info@eloriascloset.com as soon as possible after placing your order.


Disputes & Payment Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we may provide relevant order documentation to the payment provider, including order confirmation, tracking information, and communication records.
