Order Processing

At Eloria’s Closet, we prepare every order with care before it leaves our facility.

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping route. In most cases, orders arrive within:

  • 5–15 business days (estimated)

These timeframes are estimates and may change due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information (when available).


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in that email so you can follow your delivery progress.

While we aim to ship and deliver as smoothly as possible, delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy seasons or due to circumstances outside our control (such as carrier disruptions or customs processing).
